Unlike some other gyms and leisure centres where classes are large and hard to get into we keep all our sessions small and focused on you and your goals.

We train 1:1, in small private groups of up to 4 people and run fitness classes that fit in with your life.  We teach you the priciples of exercise and nutrition so that you never have to feel like you are on a Diet.  Giving you back your eneregy, your health and the body you've always wanted and all the time having fun!
