Established since 2001 primarily as an exclusive health club within the Hilton London Euston.
Our objective is to provide personalized service for individuals in their plight to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
With a team of top level trainers and health coaches, we offer personal training, health assessments, dietary analysis and planning, postural analysis, biological age testing and a lifestyle mentoring programme for ALL club members.

One of our main developments in the past few years has been in providing corporate wellbeing services for multinational companies consisting of health events, screening and health seminars.

We also offer packaged programmes which include Total Transformation, Age Reversal, and Ultimate Relaxation, all of with can include one of our retreats with our 5-star retreat partner Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa in the Algarve.
